Ground breaking for a new swim spa

The box is being built in-ground to house the spa.

The Spa is in transit at the freight company's warehouse.

The Spa is put on planks and gently slid down to the ground. Hiring a crane service would have been easier and quicker. They also carry insurance in case of damage.

The Spa is put on furniture dollies and rolled to the back yard. Again, a crane could lift the spa directly from the truck and set into the hole in minutes.

Runners were placed on the deck so the spa could be slid to the ground. This is very clever. Usually the deck is built around the spa once it's installed.

All the hard work is now done. Just a little finsih work left.

The equipment fits neatly under the deck and is easily accessed for maintanence.

The job is done. The water will heat at about 8 degrees per hour. While it heats up, it's a good time to add 4 ounces of Spa Defender and Metal Gone to the circulating water. Water from the tap will be PH balanced and nearly germ free, so adding a chlorine shock and testing the PH can wait until after the spa has been used.

The hardcover comes with the spa and includes handles, tie-downs and locks. The cover also keeps the spa clean and lowers energy bills.

Our Showroom is located in Lakewood, Colorado. Our general offices, showroom, plant and warehouse are contained on this .5 acre commercial lot that we call home.

The showroom is all light up for the holidays. The spa stereos are all playing Christmas music and it feels more like Santa's workshop than Denver's largest spa showroom.

Redwood cabinets may be ordered in Red, White or Gray. Swim Spas with premium T-111 siding, are also available in Red, White, and Gray.

Ever Last Fiberglass panels are made from marine-grade resins, gel coats, and fiberglass. These are the most durable, virtually maintenance-free, and longest lasting skirting ever made. They come in Redwood and Graywash and really look like newly finished redwood.

Redwood cabinets are built here at Affordable Spas and are custom fit to each spa like a glove.

Redwood Stain on Swim Spa T-111 cabinet panels. T-111 siding is standard because of its low maintenance requirement and retains its finish much longer than redwood.

We hand craft our spa cabinets using the finest wood products, tongue and groove redwood panels and top rails, treated pine framing and treated plywood floors. Swim Spas come standard with premium T-111 siding, used by professional home builders throughout America because of its thermal and weather resistant properties.

We fill and run each spa for 72 hours to check for leaks and other problems so your spa will provide years of trouble-free service.

Fiber Optic Lighting enhances the mood and relaxation of every spa. Until December 24th, at no additional charge, we will install a custom lighting system on any spa purchase of $8000 or more.

We deliver our spas to the entire world by truck, rail, sea, or air.

Hiring a local crane operator to move the spa from the truck, over the house into the back yard and onto its foundation is well worth the money, and they usually carry insurance that will cover any damage they cause.

The final quality inspection is completed and will be packaging this spa for delivery within the hour. We just have to drain it, detail it and crate it for delivery.

Once a customer decides how many jets their spa will have we mark and drill the shell. Extreme care is taken on this step. Like a diamond cutter, this job requires highly skilled craftsman. We haven't lost a swim spa shell yet!

After drilling the shell we install nearly a mile of high pressure hose and air tubing. After the glue dries will will intall the equipment and water test the spa prior to installing the cabinet.

After the drilling and the plumbing a custom cabinet frame is built right onto the spa.

We will flip the spa, install the electronic control center, fill it and run it for 72 hours before detailing it and crating it for delivery.
